Antisera

Binding Site is able to offer a range of different antisera grades including whole sera, IgG fraction and affinity purified. Nephelometric/turbidimetric activity of antisera may also be characterised for some specificities.

In addition to affinity purification, cross adsorptions are also available to remove undesirable antibody binding to particular human serum proteins or serum proteins from other species.

Conjugation 

Binding Site offers a range of conjugation options and has particular experience in conjugation of secondary antibodies.

The conjugation of antibody to latex particles to enhance nephelometric activity is an area in which Binding Site has considerable expertise.

Buffers

A range of buffer formats, preservatives and stabilising agents are available.

Packaging

Binding Site is able to offer dispensing, bottling and labelling of bulk and custom reagents.
