Anti Phosphatidylserine IgA Kit

Anti-phosphatidylserine antibodies are useful as an aid in the diagnosis and monitoring of antiphospholipid syndrome (APS). This anti-phosphatidylserine EIA kit is designed for the detection and accurate quantification of IgA class autoantibodies against phosphatidylserine in human serum samples.

Antigen

The microwells are precoated with phosphatidylserine antigen and ß2 glycoprotein 1 (cofactor).

Calibration

The assays are calibrated against an internal arbitrary reference calibrator, as no internationally recognised standard currently exists. A 5 point calibration curve is generated.
