Anti dsDNA Kit
Anti-dsDNA autoantibodies are used as an aid in the diagnosis and monitoring of disease activity in systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and other rheumatoid diseases. This EIA kit is intended for the detection and accurate quantitation of specific IgG autoantibodies against dsDNA.
Calibration
The assay is calibrated in IU/mL against the WHO reference Wo80. A five point calibration curve is generated.
