Anti β2GP1 IgA Kit

Antiphospholipid antibodies are associated with diseases such as systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and more specifically in patients with antiphospholipid syndrome (APS). This anti ß2GP1 EIA kit is designed for the detection and accurate quantitation of IgA class autoantibodies against ß2GP1 in human serum samples.

Antigen

The microwells are precoated with purified ß2GP1.

Calibration

The assays are calibrated in U/mL against an internal arbitrary reference calibrator, as no internationally recognised standard currently exists. A 5 point calibration curve is generated.
